Yurayura

Yura-Yura (ゆらゆら) is an immersive dreamscape with live saxophone, sound, visual, lighting, and floating creatures .

The performance is created for the Sendo stage (a traditional Japanese bathhouse), beginning with edited immersive footage shot in Yakushima — an island in southern Japan known as the inspiration for Miyazakis Princess Mononoke. The piece opens with a recomposed iiyudana (a Japanese bathing song), slowly guiding the audience into an imaginative, spiritual, and alienated world.

It was an one-hour live saxophone, A/V performance held at Denkiyu, Kyoujima, Tokyo on Octorber.25th, 2025
